Thailand’s Private Sector Collection Active Coalition against Corruption (CAC) Council certified that King Wai Group (Thailand) Public Company Limited has met the commitment to CAC declaration on anti-corruption by putting in place good business principles and control against bribery. This certification is effective from June 30, 2020 for a period of 3 years. King Wai Group (Thailand) Public Company Limited is one of among 1,011 companies that has been certified as CAC membership. This certification reflects that King Wai Group (Thailand) Public Company Limited has been conducting its business with adherence to good corporate governance, business ethics and transparency as well as all stakeholders are respected and treated equally.
The CAC was initiated in 2010 with its objective to bring effective anti-corruption policy and mechanism into implementation by companies in order to create an ecosystem of clean business community. The CAC was co-founded by eight leading organizations in the private sector including the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand, the Thai Listed Companies Association, the Federation of Thai Industries, the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations, the Thai Bankers’ Association, the Tourism Council of Thailand and the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) which also serves as its secretariat and takes a leading role in driving the program.
