Cost Estimator Manager

Personal Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil / Architecture / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in contracts and construction management from pre-contract stage to post-construction stage.
  • Responsible for figuring out just what a construction project is going to cost. Have other roles too, especially making sure that construction costs and production are managed as efficiently as possible.
  • Experienced in residential, hospitality projects is an asset.
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
  • Resolving disputes between contracting parties.
  • Good knowledge of local construction laws.
  • Familiar with usage, clauses and implications of clauses in FIDIC or SIA form of contract is a plus.
  • Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Good communication skill.
