Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil / Architecture / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in contracts and construction management from pre-contract stage to post-construction stage.
Responsible for figuring out just what a construction project is going to cost. Have other roles too, especially making sure that construction costs and production are managed as efficiently as possible.
Experienced in residential, hospitality projects is an asset.
Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
Resolving disputes between contracting parties.
Good knowledge of local construction laws.
Familiar with usage, clauses and implications of clauses in FIDIC or SIA form of contract is a plus.
Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
